Why GIS LATAM exists

Public data exists. The interface didn't.

Latin America generates enormous amounts of public data — geographic registries, population records, company filings, territorial statistics. Governments publish it. Regulators require it. But for most organizations, that data remains inaccessible: scattered across agencies, in inconsistent formats, with no standard interface for modern systems to consume it.

GIS LATAM was built to solve that. We aggregate and expose official public data from six Latin American countries as native MCP servers — making it instantly available to AI agents, without custom integrations, without data brokers, without months of implementation work.

The result: AI-powered products that know where their customers live, what their economic context is, and whether their identity checks out — automatically, on every operation.

No integration work

Any MCP-compatible agent connects in minutes. No SDK, no wrapper, no custom parsing. Your agent discovers all tools automatically.

🏛️

Official sources only

Every record comes from government registries — ANSES, SUNAT, SII, RUES, INEGI, DANE. No proprietary data. No inferred records. Nothing invented.

🔄

Continuous, not one-off

Load credits once, configure your agent once. From that point on, every new customer your agent processes is verified and enriched automatically — no human intervention, no renewals.

What we offer

Two intelligence layers,
one MCP interface

Whether you need to place a coordinate on a map or verify a person in real time, GIS LATAM gives your agent the right data at the right granularity.

🗺️ GEO DATA ENRICHMENT

Territorial Intelligence

An agent sends an address and receives structured geographic context in return: validated coordinates, census data, socioeconomic indicators, and risk layers — all from official sources.

  • Address geocoding and validation
  • Socioeconomic level (NSE) by census area
  • Population density and demographic composition
  • Flood, seismic, and territorial risk layers
  • Administrative boundaries (province, municipality, district)
  • Postal codes and neighborhood classification

Data sources & compliance

Official data,
responsible handling

All data published through GIS LATAM originates from official public sources — the same registries that governments, financial institutions, and regulators consult in each country. Geographic data comes from national mapping and census agencies. People and company data comes from tax authorities, civil registries, and corporate filing bodies.

GIS LATAM does not collect, store, or commercialize personal data. The platform enriches data that clients already hold about their own customers, using context derived from public official sources.

All processing respects the applicable data protection frameworks in each jurisdiction.

FAQ

Common questions

What counts as a successful call?

A call is successful when the API returns a valid enriched result. If the record is not found in our databases — no match for the address, DNI, or company — the call is not charged.

What happens when my credits run out?

Your agent stops receiving enriched data and you receive an email notification. Service resumes immediately after you reload. No data is lost.

Can I use credits across countries?

Yes. Credits are unified — 1 credit = 1 call regardless of country or data type (Geo or People).

Do credits expire?

Never. Your balance stays active indefinitely. No monthly reset, no pressure to consume before any deadline.

Which MCP clients are compatible?

Any client that implements the Model Context Protocol: Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, LangChain, and any framework supporting MCP over SSE.

Is there a volume discount?

Yes — larger packages have a lower per-call rate. Growth (USD 8.33/1K) to Enterprise (USD 7.50/1K). No negotiation needed, just choose your package.
